Our proposals are 100% complimentary and include a free basic design. For a reasonable price, we can produce complete plans and 3D renderings. Should you decide to work with us, we will apply any design fees toward your project.
For most of our projects, permits are not required. Depending on local ordinances, if you build a retaining wall over 3', pergolas, outdoor kitchens, or certain fences, you probably need permits.
Pavers can be used in any climate and can be walked on immediately upon compaction. Interlocking concrete pavers are flexible systems that move with changes in the soil or weather. They are incredibly resilient and can be easily repaired compared to asphalt or poured concrete. There are also unlimited design options, including patterns, colors, and textures.
Yes, we offer a three-year warranty on our pavers and artificial turf. All other products have a one-year installation warranty. Most products also have manufacture coverage for defects which may also cover labor.
